if lobbe is similar to warnock then lobbe better find another career. lobbe is 100 times the footballer warnock is.

Based on the averages for 2013 and 2014 Warnock is actually ahead on hitouts, average approx 34 to approx 29. But Warnock only played 28 games in those two years and also had only 29 and 30 tackles compared to Lobbes' 103 and 157. And we complain about Lobbe and his low marking average for a ruckman. Well, Warnock is even worse.

Lobbe in his current form is still a step up from Warnock.

Not at all. This thread works that i thought Lobbe was heaps better than Warnock. After digging a little deeper I'm not so convinced.

Warnock is decent in the centre, but his disposal and decision making is horrid.

DE cant replace actually watching them play.

Lobbe's main strength is his physicality around stoppages. And thats where the two differ the most. This year Lobbe is averaging 7 tackles whereas Warnock is averaging 1. That is a huuuuuge difference.

tackles is plenty. Possessions for ruckman is overrated. Thats why I would rate mumford way ahead of a player like jacobs.

In Lobbe's case, for him to become one of the best, he needs to start taking more marks.

Hes still ahead of bloody warnock though
