With West End leaving in my opinion as REH would say follow the money.

Not implying any wrongdoing but I would be looking at what might have been submitted to be put on the old stationary building site, the old coke site etc. Who owns the land behind it? Very valuable along that whole stretch and don't we have new planning laws coming in to place? Hell imo the old ice arena is only still there cos the government is too cheap to build/support somewhere else that is a large cold place.

Might look very different in 10 years although given it is Adelaide there is also every chance it will be another lecornus.
