Bad news for us. Haysman would've been a great ally in the fight against our common off-field enemies at the SANFL and SMA. It's funny to laugh at the Crows getting slops again, but this is one occasion where I wish that they'd gotten their man.

I've tossed that up in my head dozens of times and still come back to the fact that I'd rather see Haysman remain a Port man regardless.

how often does one AFL club boss get the chance, by their own personal action (or inaction), to negatively impact the finances of two competitors and to lock in that impact for *years* ?

Did anyone watch Ch 7 news tonight? I heard a promo around 5-30 in the car that they had some big news on Port and Collingwood doing a deal to play each other twice for the next few years - once at AO and once at MCG.

Kochie doing deals with Eddie and ch 7 for prime time TV coverage - cut out the crows v collingwood at AO??
