I love how the Crows have yet again managed to build themselves a '4th-6th, contender but not really a contender' kind of squad. Such a vanilla football club that exist to make up the numbers year on year.

We've been telling ourselves this all year but at least their effort is consisyent. You had to admire the heat they applied to GWS lastnight. If they'd kicked straight it would have been over by half time.
Got home last night to see Eddiemania had taken over facebook, after checking out his supposed 'goal of the year' all I have to say is that was his best goal of the year from out of bounds since his last goal of the year from out of bounds.
Also had the pleasure of catching one of the camry busses into town last night, from the guy sitting 'right in front of me' shaking his head and telling his mate and kids about the time he went to a port game and they were yelling 'carn the power' like a bunch of ruffians and the two middle class ladies behind me complaining about their tradesman and calling eddie a good young player, they are truly the most clueless, vanilla bunch of customers that ever were. Yelled out 'go giants' as I was getting off the bus and the looks I got could have melted steel beams.

Betts over celebrates his goals. Tredders was crucified for celebrating a goal. Typical Crows can do no wrong in media. Betts is a great player but as annoying as shit.

Yeah good karate goal on the line last week but I don't think he'd be getting a game with us ahead of Howard who's got a much bigger development ceiling.
Currie on the other hand would've been a good cheap backup option to Ryder & a handy 1st ruck for us right now.
