with how he's played this season i don't miss him at Port. Better players have stepped up for Port in his position.

What the ****? Our entire crazy, sell ourselves into pressured turnover handball game is because we no longer have Dan Houston to kick the ball through the corridor.

How good he was for ball movement, showed up in last years finals where players not named Dan Houston continually turned over the ball against Geelong and Sydney attempting passes that Houston makes.

Go watch every time that Farrell hits a defender with his forward entries.

But I do feel for the bloke because it still looks like he's not fitting in there or something.

This is because Collingwood haven't changed their entire game plan to run through Houston. They've continued with moving the ball through handball the same way they've done for the last couple of years. So his skills aren't anywhere near on show.

Keen to see Charlie West tonight.

He’s the player I reckon we would have drafted with that 2nd round pick if we didn’t trade up for Berry.

Charlie West and Angus Clarke were the two SA guys we had picks around where they went, before we did that final trade on draft day to get Berry, that I wanted us to draft.

In the Houston trade, our 39 and 58 were traded out for 36 and 50 back in.

36 became 38 after matching bids and we took Moraes at 38 and Essendon took Clarke at 39.

Pick 50 became 45 when we traded it to West Coast and eventually became 46 after another matching bid. Charlie West was drafted at pick 50 by Collingwood.

Unfortunately the way our list management guys think, I highly doubt we would have drafted 2 KPF's ie Whtilock at 33 and West at 46 even with Moraes in the middle pick. I suspect they would have gone for a sexy skinny flanker type.
