1. Pagan recognising our lack of skill. Solution: get the best skills coaches we can. Dump elshaugh, libba, daniher and dempsey, and get some blokes who could play flag footy.
2. draftees: Well the rate we're going we'll be getting the best kids in the country as long as Pagan is our coach, so he can sit out his contract and we'll get the talent. What else can you do?
3. Duds dudding when they get the chance: Well at least that makes it clear who's gotta be cropped @ year end. We don't wanna lose the best we have do we?
