A surprising amount of Collingwood fans remained to watch the grand final presentation, none around me booed Shuey or any of his teammates as they were awarded their premiership medallions.

There's a time and place for everything, booing Pendlebury as he was getting the ANZAC medal isn't one of them.

It was pathetic barrackers.........no surprise IMO.

I admire Cal Brown’s competitive spirit but he just doesn’t handle big game pressure. The number of important, very gettable shots at goal he misses is horrific. He’s another Collingwood hard worker with no hurt-factor.

Brown and Greenwood should make way for Elliott and Wells/Sier next week.

Agree. Those 2 Misses could of Easily Cost us the Game. I am still not sold on Brown yet being a AFL Player

I just went to Coles to get some milk. I saw a supporter wearing an Essendon jumper and he was booing in the cereal section.

Typical Essendon supporter.

Another cereal offender

The Pies fans were awesome when the Dons f-wits we’re booing with the big Collingwooooood chant. Made me proud drowning out those morons.

Essendon supporters have always lacked class.

Saw game slightly different. Thought Grundy wasn’t as good as normal, Sidey had a shocker, rarely sighted Adams (vs last week), Treloar not as good.

Brown I thought was good for a player of his young days and slight build. He’ll be a star like his dad but just couldn’t convert. Maybe needs some more strength in those legs.

Been awhile since Pendles has had a Captain’s game like that.

Checkers not his usual game. A bit like the GF.

JDG serviceable without being his ripping best.

If I was thinking some changes, Wills for Thomas and a big call with Wells for Sidey. For the record, love Sidey but his normal output and game has not been on show for much of this year yet.

Overall, I thought very scrappy game. Bad umpiring both sides today.

I actually think we didn’t play very well today. Happy with whoever disagrees but I beg to told that was our A game today.

Remember Ben Johnson saying how he loved Riewoldt getting booed after grand final parade speeches. Johnson said this in the doco of the 2010 GF. Let’s not be hypocrites.

This post may be strongly lacking in sobriety. Apologies to tomorrow self.

Too much being made of post-game booing. It ain't great, but it ain't that great a travesty. Any more focus on booers and booing invests them with an importance they don't deserve.

We were good in patches, early on we looked intimidating. We need to learn to make the magic last longer, especially through the midfield.

Daniher can be rather annoying, can't he?

Our fumbling with the ball, especially by hand, has lost me my voice. I'm told that more alcohol is a cure for this.

Go Pies.

Very Different Before a Game then After the Game.

Did you hear Boos when Eagles where getting Presented there Medals and the Cup?

Sling tackles which have enough force to put a player our of the game generally get two weeks now, if the Setterfield one is anything to go by.
Too bad Howe didn’t fell a guy with a whack to the back of the head behind play. That only gets you a fine.

Pendlebury was a monster.

Cut them 1,000 different ways.

Really stood up in the last quarter.
