Of those 10 frees, how many resulted in goals to us?

What about those missed?

Did they mention McDonald-Tippenwutti's throw?

Are you talking shots at goal or frees from up the ground that resulted in us getting goals or vise versa. Essendon got two frees from goals one was a mistake the other was ticked off.

Oh dear, here we go...

they went over at least ten frees from yesterday's game on SEN this morning and we got the benefit of 90% of them

Good argument but again seeing both sides I wouldn't like Moore having a player with his back to the not allowing him to contest. Remembering you are allowed to contest balls that your man isn't going for.
If there was a contest then yes, free kick every day of the week.

The reason I don't think it's a free kick is that when Treloar kicks the ball in, Cox is no longer holding Hooker or facing away from the ball. It doesn't look great and it's one that in full speed in the heat of the game I wouldn't be surprised if they called it, however when you go back and look at the footage all the contact happens before there is any sort of marking contest.

Just how I see it and I think the footage supports that.

We got three easy set shots from frees they got two.
So big deal to the experts, happens in most games.
Not sure what point you are pushing.

Now the other two questions?

Ahhh, I just love this.
The greatest thing (besides the ANZAC Spirit) about the Pies win is that it was by less than a goal and the Bomber supporters think they were robbed. I'm in heaven. I mean, it's almost better than winning a flag

And the one that was “ticked off” was the Langdon on Baguley howler?

Answered the Tippa one earlier when they said it was to hard to call and it happens plenty of times per game.

Some experts! Obvious as clear glass it was a throw.

I agree, Cox breaks off before the kick freeeing up Hooker. It was then just a smart lead by WHE.

Ultimately the better team won.

The good thing about the result being close is it’s given them a false sense of optimism to go along their already held sense of entitlement, which will make another bombers loss to Carlton even sweeter.

And just think how many times every week Cox is kept out of the contest, both legally and illegally. So if that was a free and they use the same logic in our games, Cox wins the Coleman by a street.

Bomber fans can get as salty as they want.

They're obviously completely ignoring the fact that the game should have been over at quarter time.

9 scoring shots to 1 and their 1 goal took a miracle sot from the boundary while we missed set shots directly in front and running into open goals.

Score should have been at LEAST 7.2 to 1 goal at quarter time.

Very simplistic way to look at it. You guys ended up kicking goals directly after at least two of your first quarter misses.

True there were a couple of 7 point plays

As a side note, Worsfold is piss weak for pretending he didn't understand why people were booing, therefore, he couldn't comment on the behaviour.

Show some balls and call out your supporters. "There was something there that frustrated them", what so, that justifies the booing? What exactly could happen that would justify booing over the top of war veterans and an AFL great getting and award?

Says a lot about their club in my opinion.
