Just as an aside (and given that this is the thread for random musings):

Every other person in my neighbourhood seems to be able to grow nice, healthy lemon trees. Front yards are adorned with them. Kids with lemonade stands abound.

And yet every time I try to grow a lemon tree, it ends up a twisted, gnarled, insect-plagued, brown curled leaved disaster.

Lemon trees hate me.

It was quite shocking to discover that bedford makes up 43% of my Disagrees, 58% of my Angry’s but only 2% of my likes.

What is he trying to tell me?

I like strong tacklers.

Same , her son played sunday cricket at my club last year , she would turn up late , Chris was always there , both were shabby most Sundays and someone else would have to drive them home . She also had to shift the kids from 1 private school to another after her conduct at a Mothers group .

Not shocked at reading this. My daughter had to "work" with her last year, bratish was probably the only adjective she used to describe her that I can write here without copping the wrath of our beloved moderators.
