Adam has not been training with the falcons for the past 2 weeks and may be a bit doubtfull for this season. He is playing cricket at Winch and may be taking time to decide which sport to persue. He is 190 ctms at present and a solid build but lacking direction.Needs GFC and falcons to address.

Yeah we got a couple but I think we are all hoping that our side from 85-95 produces a prodigious amount of sons so we can recruit a side of ablett, couch, bairstow, stoneham, brownless, hocking, etc etc. Then we can rectify the issue of those names not winning a premiership.

I think Tom will be remembered as last big fish gotten under FatherSon for a bargain price. I have no doubt that any of our future FS's will cost far closer to their worth or at least their percieved worth
So when Donohue or Nankervis or young Bews comes of age I think we will have to get used to the idea that we may not see them perform like Tom did , it probably would not be in our interest to have them be the stars of the U18 Champs( if they are that good) if we have to cough up our #1 pick for them.

At 190 and being able to kick as long as he can and to have a FatherSon link , it would seem wasteful to go into cricket unless he really thinks he has the abilty to go the way to the top. What his problem at the Falcons , not another run in with MT

Peake didn't show much (if anything) at a junior level to suggest he was worth picking up. Even when Freo took the punt, it took him a few years before he resembled anything that looked like a senior footballer. That's a credit to him more than anyone.

Spot on. I think the club considered not using a F/S pick as they thought they could get him with a later one.

Definitely a credit to him, and also his coaches, and probably Bomber as well.

Personally, i think good on him for going and exploring other aspects of life especially as a son of a legend. Making your own decisions in your own time. Good for him. Same with N Ablett.
