I think Kelly and Fagan have been very good fronting the media today. Got on the front foot early and admitted fault so the media would stop guessing. Very different to the Burton days. It’s the only positive out of today.

The loss of premiership points or draft picks are penalties that should be imposed only when a team has been found guilty of cheating. For example, salary cap infringements or Essendon style drug scandals.
What the Crows are accused of can not be be deemed as cheating or even gaining an unfair advantage. Stupid, yes .... careless, yes ... unprofessional, absolutely.
A fine, possibly suspended, would suffice
To suggest otherwise would be either over dramatic or influenced by bias
