He's improving steadily. The drill I took the photo from he was doing in a pair with mutimer and was awarded points by hickmott if they gathered a crumb cleanly and then kicked to a leading forward (Petrie). Points were deducted if they fumbled, took too many steps or missed the target. It was a competition of sorts against yeo and masten with each pair taking turns

The young guys won
yeo probably had a pind from 60m out and got it out on the full and masto tried to do the impossible and just got pinged by an imaginary player.

i liked what i saw of murtimer late last year but needs to spend time with mitchell and shuey to work on his decision making when he wins the ball. Too many times i have seen him bombing it long. Also for a pacy kid he doesn't seem to use his speed that often and maybe simmo and webster need to give him the license to take the game on and use his speed and acceleration to break away from congestion.

Not surprised that Lecca and Darling crumbled under that kind of pressure.

What's wrong with Giles? Don't tell me he's injured too? I can't believe we might go in against Goldstein with Petrie and Vardy
Gilesy thrived under my sponsorship, going to water without me
Might have to closet sponsor him next season

West Coast’s squad was enjoying a well-deserved day off on Thursday ahead of its biggest training session of the week.

Pratt encouraged all fans to get down to Wembley Sports Park from 9am tomorrow to see the squad sweat it out in sweltering conditions.

“Friday is probably our biggest session of the week,” Pratt said.

“It’s a pretty big session and they’ll get to see a lot of the guys running around. We make sure we try and get everyone on the track for Fridays.

“If people do come down they’ll get to see us work on our ball movement, as well as the basic skills required to do that sort of stuff.

“Everyone is welcome to come down.”

I like that the club is actively encouraging supporters to come down and watch training. Seems different to previous years and i can only hope it's part of a broader strategy to engage better with fans

Question: if Mutimer kicks at goal and hits the post, is it a Moot point?

Imma let you finish, but that was one of the best puns of all time. So good, in fact, that I didn't even get it at first.

Moots doesn't skip leg day, very impressive. I thought he had a more lanky body type but he's added a lot of bulk there.

He trains almost as many houses down as Masten, but apparently doesn't talk much.
