The Gryphons will fall apart. They are hanging together with a shoestring and a few pieces of old sticky tape.

They have No senior coach. No Under 19s bolstering up numbers and improving culture. They only need one or two of their top line young players to be lured away and seek higher glory somewhere else and they will be struggling against relegation.

Chilcott is looking around and could play higher. Held together by him, Carey, Maxfield and Mirams - if they go they are stuffed.

There are a lot of clubs out there offering huge coin. If they stick together, I wouldn't be surprised to see Ormond go up to Prem B in the next couple of years. The potential young talent at the club is huge once they all grow into men. But the option of playing for money of up to a grand a game is real and very tempting. Some of these paying clubs will offer anything.
