Present ideas for an 18th

Have a mates 18th coming up and can't figure out what to get him, the only good idea i had was some carlton shit but it turns out hes got a heap of it already.

Any ideas? me and my mates are probably going to do a chip in aswell for it.

I know its boring but alcohol really is a good present. I got a lot for my 18th and although i liked it at the time, once i started clubbing regularly i realised how awesome it was to have those bottles of vodka/jager/tequila etc at home because it seriously saved me like a years worth of pre drinks.

lol so it really is being thoughtful, considering how much drinks at clubs cost now your definatly doing him a favour!

I would recommend, something like a set of shot glasses.stuff they can use again, and remember.

Depends on how much you want to spend I suppose.

I'd be happy with either. For my 18th though the best present I got was a huge 3L bottle of Leffe. I also went 5 ways in a 5L bottle of Johhnie Walker to give to a mate for his 18th a few years ago.

Ideally a shortish Par 3, maybe with water on the right hand side protruding ionto the fairway to contend with.

One or two reasonable sized bunkers to the front / left of the green.

Hole near the front of the green to bring the bunkers into play.

Short walk to the 19th is usually preferred but not essential.

there was a thread like this a while ago.. some dude had a kick ass idea too! get as many of your mates together as possible and all chip in like 30 bucks (or whatever the division is) and buy him a 360 or Wii or something.. 10 of you chucking in 30 gives u 300 and u should be able to buy something.. i really want someone to do something like that for me!!
