I'm with Wally here, one of the good parts of the game is being able to play with who you want to play with. Gives the captains more controls and enables them to see their club on how they wanted to build it. The current system gives everyone freedom.

But how do you get rid of Kerr at the Wonders, or even his two henchmen who do nothing in HA and EKA. They need someone who makes the hard decisions, and how do they get that if those people are being able to walk out of the club for free.
