i have recently gotten into hockey and they rank young talent as "prospects" as they don't make the side / squad initially and have to work through other avenues.

How do we rank our prospects?

Let's say under 20 games as a guide.

Would be interested to see the rankings.

Are not elton, broad, moore and chol key position players? I read that somewhere and their heights suggest they might be 192-198cm.

If your referring to tigs2010 post, he was saying there weren't any in the top 5 people were listing. So we have some we just don't rate them in top 5 youngsters. Example: weitering, schache, hipwood, wright and marchbank..

Certainly Chol and Elton play key positions. I'd call Broad a tall flanker / winger type, in the McIntosh direction. I haven't seen enough of CMoore to be sure, but he looks to my eye to be a "third tall" - something like Lennon when played forward, and something like Grimes when played back.

i did read that moore was a key position player on the tiger website, they even used versatile as a descriptor and have had him at both the centre half key positions in the VFL at time but, I couldn't tell what position he was playing on sunday

no was refering to dr. tigers post about nothing tall in the list, but I saw a few.\Shame that kid with the big hands pulled the pin, he looked a prospect, Mckenzie.

Lambert will never be more than a gun VFL player. Same with Marcon.

We'd have to be bottom four for youth. Can't think of many sides worse than us besides North and Hawthorn.

Problem being Elton is not a prospect - he's going into his sixth year, if they allow him to go on?
Is Brad Hill a prospect? taken seven spots below Elton and has three premierships and 80-odd games.
Sam Kerridge taken one spot in front of Elton has 48 games. Chad Wingard taken pick 6 has 107 games. Luke Dalhaus pick 60 has almost 100.
Elton is not a prospect, he's been in the system five years.
