It's a prized location Punt Rd Oval, unfortunately it's either redevelop or move entirely the room is limited it's always going to be limited & this redevelopment doesn't change it but at least it makes it better.

I feel like part of the lure of playing for Richmond is that the players get to walk to the MCG play in some blockbuster matches, train right next to the home of football in less you feel we should have done what Hawthorn did and relocate someone else?
