And next year looks like bitterness.
He isn't going to look good doing it whenever its down. Now at least, it actually has the chance of changing s**t.
The best for him is to get into his new job and then leak like a sieve to Caro.

Yeah it was such a bullshit article, pathetic “journalism”Ahh I see.
Didn't actually read it. Was pay walled.
When did Brouch do this? What did he say? (I've been out of the loop for a bit)Interesting how quick Brouch announced his intention to stay following Pyke's resignation.

B Crouch has gone on record about a moth ago that we wanted to stay, well before Pyke stood downInteresting how quick Brouch announced his intention to stay following Pyke's resignation.

Always wanted to surround Don with better assistants.Somewhat surprised about the sudden reverence of Pyke on here now that he's finally gone.

I think he ought to be/will be interviewed by Dunstall & Co being a key element of what has happened over the last few seasons. If the External Review doesn't want to interview Don, it would be like the FAA not being interested in interviewing the pilot of the plane in an air accident because the pilot resigned. The only reason why he may undertake the Review process is throw certain people under the bus cough* cough* Burton and Campo, that basically killed his coaching career at the Crows.
He still might, the Review is meant to be a confidential process. He may feel comfortable to disclose to Dunstall who is of solid character and reputation without fear of a leak and repercussions. Sure while it may look like sour grapes, if it confirms and validates the general feeling of input the Review committee receives it can be a positive.
I expect that’s occurred because his manager was fielding big offers so he was able to force our hand. Same thing that happened to CC except we didn’t put our hands in pocket for him.
In your opinion?Pyke to Freo, Lyon to us. Done deal
I've always like Don.Somewhat surprised about the sudden reverence of Pyke on here now that he's finally gone.
Still had the highest win loss ratio of any crows coach.Apart from the WA connection, why would Freo want Pyke after he proved himself to be a mediocre coach with shortcomings that were plain to see for the rest of the competition?
Always wanted to surround Don with better assistants.
I also recognise he chose the safe path rather than the hard one.
Except your “expectation” is wrong
More made up bulls**t
He's the perfect guy to put in as a senior assistant to a guy like Longmuir.Apart from the WA connection, why would Freo want Pyke after he proved himself to be a mediocre coach with shortcomings that were plain to see for the rest of the competition?
