I know this is a silly question- any ideas when a draw is coming out

I’d hope it would be mid-late Feb. This time last year Zillmere and Pine Rivers were still ticking AFLQ’s boxes, hence the delay. That shouldn’t be the case this year with only Sandgate moving up.

I’d assume AFLQ will get fixtures for QAFL/QAFLW and QFA/QFAW Div 1 sorted before moving on to Div 2.

Surely they wouldn’t be far off sending a draft to clubs.

Have they asked clubs yet for preferred games or prearranged games with other clubs? Normally 3-4 weeks from that date is the norm.

I'd guess in about a week, now that the Div 1 fixture has dropped. They don't mind a Friday afternoon drop

Usually they'll do Div 1 women and then the Div 2 comps will follow after that

Yeah, draw has been completed, just waiting for any change in game times to be submitted by Wednesday, then shouldn't been too long after that.

Agree, but Perhaps easier to convince some fringe players to play in a more competitive game than copping a smashing each week

Highly doubt they’ll let Beenleigh fall into Friday nights. I think they’ll do their best to keep the buffs in div 2. But who knows.

Played in the 2022 div 1 GF as well against Coops.

They won’t go Fridays. If they do it’ll be in the GC comp as Central South has about 13 or so teams in its comp.
