The AFL website was updated and caused all the club apps to break, they are aware of it and trying to get it fixed, and update will be out soon

Details on first onfield training session at Punt Road, when you can be specific, would be great. I suspect the club will make a bit of a thing about it anyway. Bit like taking a new car out for its first spin.

Hey Stig,
I've talked the girlfriend into a new jumper for Xmas. Is she able to take my membership down to the superstore and still get the discount, or do I need to be with her?
Also how does the years of membership calculate for the rewards and recognition benefits? i.e. Do I become a bronze member when I buy my 3rd membership(my third year) or after 3 years(when I but my fourth).

Stig may have to confirm, but from my experience I reckon there would be no problem at all with your girlfriend taking your card down to get the discount.
And yes, you become a Bronze member when you buy your third membership.

I want to buy a membership for my young bloke (and myself) but having gone through the procees (which links to Ticketmaster) it seems (?) both would just be in my name (as obviously c/card in my name). Obviously (I know this sounds fussy, but he's a 10 year old kid!) he'll want his own name on his own card. I'll call the club tomorrow.... I assume surely he can get his own card with his name on it?

RFC_Official - How does someone go about getting a job with AFL Photos (or even photos for clubs)? I just finished Photography at uni and looking to move over to Melbourne in the next year and it would be my ultimate job. Just need to know where to start looking...

Done thanks mate, I called the club already. Thoought I was speaking to you (the guy has the same first name).
Just a note for the other punters; if you want to arrange family / junior memberhips, it is probably best to call the club directly and they will ensure each name, d.o.b. etc (incl wife / kids) is recorded individually. Much less hassle than going through Ticketmasted link individually for each (and I don't even know if you can do it individually for family memberships).
As an added benefit, family membership is a good way of pulling any delinquent spouses into line (eg. mine accasionally thinks she supports Sydney when it suits her). The "family membership" option, as well as helping the club, is much more cost effective than finding a new wife with more appropriate football allegiances
