Hey Stig, can we collect scarves/caps from the superstore before the game (or at the ground)? I'm kinda new to it as I had it mailed to me last year (but a bit later in the season I think).

Bit of a newbie question here - I have an access plus 16 game membership and I saw on the Richmond FC facebook page a few days ago that the club was encouraging access members to upgrade to a reserved seat to guarantee access to the collingwood match.
On the RFC membership page it mentions my membership type includes reserved seating for home games so just wondering if that advice from the club applies to my membership type or not? (and if I can just rock up to the game or if I need to reserve a seat) - my membership card has a seat listed on the back, is that like a designated seat or something? (I've always gone into GA so I can sit with mates).
Just want to be safe and make sure I can watch the boys crush the pies this Saturday
