Something I kept forgetting to upload.

I went to Darwin a few weeks back for Richmond's game and a short holiday - whilst wandering up and down Mitchell Street I saw this sign. Snapped it just to share here.

like most people I liked the bulls as a kid in the 90's but support heat now, liked them for a while because of their logo but after I played the 2k11 bball game started getting into it more and started watching their games and the finals series.



Omega, did you like darwin, was there last year and thought it was an awesome little town (stayed on mitchell street) the place a few doors down (next to the croc park) had the best fish n chips I've ever had.

Yeah Darwin was fantastic. It was my second time up (went in 1996) and was a good break from work and the Melbourne cold. The NT News has terrific headlines (our first day there, the headline was "MOZZIE KILLS TOURIST") and stories of people drinking hot Milo and having the heater on in the car because it dropped to **16 degrees** in the mornings. Oh, and they came to the end of their number plates (999 999) so they're starting a new series (CA 00 AA onwards).

Strangest thing about Darwin: at 9:30 Thursday, Channel 9 shows the NRL Footy Show. The AFL Footy Show comes on after that. Was the same 15 years ago, and that time, the big news broke that Brisbane was merging with Fitzroy.

Footy in Darwin is great, you can wear t-shirt, shorts and thongs. You can't even do that in preseason here. I like warm nights.

If anyone's going up that way, I recommend going to a jumping croc tour on the Adelaide River, going for a swim at Berry Springs (if it isn't closed, like it was this year), and visiting the Mandorah Beach Hotel.

yeh the jumping croc tour is pretty sweet and yeh I was pretty annoyed the NRL footy show was on before the AFL show(I fell asleep before it started ), the only AFL gear that I could see up there was bombers and magpies stuff but there was lots of rugby stuff.

WhatTheFont doesnt recognise it, strangely.

Need it for a logo I'm doing for a dental centre, of all things.

Best night I've had at the footy in ages, finally got a win, the place was going off for only 23000 people, then I won a prize at the Crows' post match function!

Watched the last quarter on Fox, pretty scrappy game but exciting at the same time. You guys probably deserved to win running over the Swans in the end who kicked themselves out of the game.

That Tippett grab so wasn't a mark though.

The prize was a shade sail, which the rent's are going to buy off me, so I get some money for uni next year. Got it for picking Jared Petrenko as the player that his teammates voted BOG.

Sorry for the double post, but a couple of things.
First, I had an idea for a feedback topic where we can talk about strengths and weaknesses of designers on here. I don't know about anyone else, but I want to know what people think that I do well and what I don't at least, and hopefully other people do too.

Second. In a couple of weeks, I'm going to be a Mario marathon for charity You can log on and see me fail at Nintendo's finest here:GAME TO AID WEBSITE from the 22nd of July till we finish all the games. We're raising money for World Youth International.

Great work mate. I went to the Legends Game tonight, good fun and better than the previous years. Funny "controversy" at the end, I re-watched it on youtube and the siren went a split second before the ball was kicked. Doesn't really matter though as it was a great game for an even better cause.

Aker took it way too seriously though. Crowd booed him whenever he went near the ball haha
