I don't watch TV, so I'm lucky to have not seen it :p

I'm intrigued as to how someone gets away with not watching TV in this day and age. I understand how it's become a lot easier to watch TV shows using the internet, and often episodes in advance, but what about live sport such as the AFL where there are no streams on the internet?

I only ever watch actual tv for sports or other important live events. The rest of my family don't understand the easiness of torrents.

Yeah, I should have been more specific.
I watch sports and that's it, I only watch 3 TV shows and I download them all, actually two of those are between seasons right now and one's run its course, so right now I watch no TV shows

haha nice one gibbsy

Well they're not as easy to access as NBA streams for example. I remember the Herald Sun making a big song and dance about being able to watch live Friday night games on justin.tv a couple of years ago, and imo that was the easiest option which has since been taken away.

Yep, no need for passwords for those of us that have Foxtel. :thumbsu::cool:

Ha, that's funny because I have 2 foxtel boxes so I can watch double live footy

Try following the clubs' social media feeds if they have them. They often announce sales of items on there. Last year Box Hill were selling off old PIs, they didn't have my size so they sold me a brand new one for the same price :) As you'd be like most on here, i.e. normal size, you wouldn't have the same problem.

If anyone is interested in one of these guernseys, I called Box Hill up and they said there were heaps still available. I'm swinging past the club to pick up the Adam Pattison Mustangs jumper sometime next week (they also deliver, but I'm in the area).

You'd think the home guernsey would sell out a fair bit quicker than the away one.

That is true. It really is a godsend. Although the Cavs don't get much airtime. :o

To be fair, the only overseas league I follow really closely is the EPL, but I'd like to change that (if I knew more about american football for instance).

The NBA is rarely on because ESPN had no idea when the season would start so they filled in all the time slots with other stuff.

And the NFL is easy to follow, I'll teach you tomorrow and by Sunday, you will fake a sicky so that next Monday you can stay home and watch the superbowl

Every time I go on ESPN looking for NBA there's always college basketball on instead.:thumbsd:

NFLs super easy to watch if you have gamepass

If NBAs gamepass thing is anything like the NFLs all you NBA fans should buy it. (Actually if its exactly like the NFLs, then you should all chip in for one that you can all use)
NBA League Pass is always free for the first 2 weeks of the regular season all you have to do is sign up. It costs around $200 for the whole year, I'll probably get it next year. Whats the NFL one like (price wise)?

Even better when you have Foxtel IQ2
Yep, absolute life-saver!

Also one more thing, not directly related to me but for those that enjoy local cricket, a bloke in our 2's today came in when we were 5/60. We ended up 7/447 and he made 250 odd not out! Club records falling all over the joint! :thumbsu:

Wow, Gibbs gone first ball in the BBL final. Huge blow for the Scorchers. It'll be interesting to see who stands up for them.

This season it was about 120 for the regular season and 50 for play offs. All playoffs are on TV here so I didn't bother with them.
