Loved watching my boy Jinks Rahane bat today. A pleasure to watch him in full flight, for a long time I've thought that he'd be the next leader of Team India and today, he showed why.

in football, every body gts selected each week on merit (except maybe Zac Dawson). In the Australian XI players do not want to give anyone a chance to take their place. Watson suffered from what looked like concussion, although he playing well today. Michael Clarke should not have played in Adelaide. Now he might be lost for all time. I believe that a good game or three in the Sheffield Shield should put you in front of the selectors. Jamie Cox was the best opener in the Sheffield for a number of years, but played at a time when we had openers. There area umber of positions in the Australian team which are not locked down, in fact, most of them.

Warner should not have played with his broken thumb, and now he has an arm injury as well.

Going to be down Mornington way on the 23rd February 2015, will be going through Seaford & hope to drop in. Are ordinary supporters/people/Bogans  allowed to visit the club rooms? Would be good if a couple of the boys are there in the morning.

ring the club, but i think so.

I'm thinking about getting Lenny hayes autobiography, has anyone on here read it?
Yeah, I have. Went to the signing and got his autograph! :)

It's a decent read. Takes you through his career from pre-draft until the day of Alan Richardson. He doesn't say anything super controversial (I mean, it's Lenny. He's a classy guy), but you can read between the lines on some things. Shares a few good stories, and it's a good look back on the years between 1999 to current day, one of our most successful periods.

Playing wow, doing a race change and while generating character names got this one.

Hope he doesn't get burned...

Edit: Got "Dempstery" a few rolls later. It's a sign.

there actually was a Saint Dunstan:p
dunstan-icon-2.jpg
Yep, a bit of a gun, actually. A hero of England during the darkest time in medieval Europe, the 900s. Basically rebuilt the Church, and to a large extent the Saxon state, after the devastation of Vikings coming and destroying monasteries (at the time monasteries were effectively community service centres, providing a wide array of community support. Monks were pacifists, so Vikings had just butchered them all). Dunstan was also mega-smart, too.

If St Dunstan's been the saviour of one rebuild, I'm sure he can do it again!

My daughter loves wow, but Its just too expensive to pay for her, so she just keeps going up to level 20 or so in the demonstration version.
In asia they have a pay by the hour scheme, but we are lumped in with the "rich westerner" view that IT companies seem to have of australia so need to subscribe

I could see how it'd seem pointless to pay on a month basis as there might be limited time in which to play being at school and the like, I recently graduated uni so there's a lot of down time in between job hunts.

If she really enjoys the MMO concept and isn't playing with her Friends, I highly suggest buying her Guild Wars 2. It's a one off purchase of the game instead of monthly subscription, has many similar features as WoW, better graphics and is honestly a very enjoyable game.

Thanks I'll look into it. She's bloody fussy though ( 16yo ). I'll probably end up buying it for her and she'll say "oohhhh I don't like somthingorother "
Main problem with the per month is yeah a) school and stuff. and b) she isn't the one paying.

If she's a "girly girl" type, she'll enjoy the aesthetics of Guild Wars, and that might be enough to save you 15 dollars a month :p
