A little insight to how RTB operates with the players is needed here in the discussion on why Sheridan
is getting games ahead of others on the list .
If the rumours are right about him thinking about leaving RTB is making sure the bonding with senior players and regular team players is so strong that the decision is a harder one to make.
By getting regular games he will feel that leaving the team would be letting himself down as well as the boys .
With the team winning and playing finals ,what ever team he is looking to join back in Melbourne will also be inferior to the Dockers as well unless he is trying to get into Geelong or Hawthorn and they have better players on their list already IMHO so would they want him or does he resign him self to the Bulldogs or Melbourne who will welcome him with open arms but no future of playing finals during his first 3\4 years at the best and getting thrashed for most of the games he would play there .
Thereby my argument stands that the more games he plays for us the more likelihood he will stay .
