He was really good last week in the VFL, deserves a chance. MM always likes playing the kids on ANZAC day so I'd expect him to play next week.

Sidebottom didnt travel with the team as far as im aware.

Jaxson Barham will debut tomorrow for the Pies apparently, 20 yr old midfielder from the Geelong Falcons. Son of Ricky, and plays on a wing mostly and is pretty quick.

It was an O'Bree interview and they were showing some of the players checking in at the airport. I'm pretty sure it was him (might've been another rookie but looked like Sidebottom), might just be the travelling emergency as Saint KFC said ...

Don't think it was sidebottom. I know Barham is definitely in line.

barham has played across hafl back. With Johnson and Shaw out, we lack any run off half back, so Barham will come in to use his great speed and ability to create. However his foot skills can be inconsistent. Tends to miss a lot of targets.
