If we name our sub from the current bench, are we going with Clark, Henry, Mullin or O'Connor?
It will be Clark then. But i think Clark needs full games.

It cant be mullin. What if we need to bring him on in qtr 1 and the hip then caves in?
Unfortunately, O'Connor.
He doesnt deserve it. But he's best suited.
Definitely. Having a player with injury concerns as sub would be a recipe for disaster.I'd take a guess that if Mullin's hip is that bad he wouldn't be playing

He can make up fitness gaps with training. If he can't run out a full game then name him where he doesn't need toIt will be Clark then. But i think Clark needs full games.
If there was really anything wrong with it in the first place.I'd take a guess that if Mullin's hip is that bad he wouldn't be playing

Failed a fitness test last week - we know that against Adelaide he landed heavily on his knee and wonder if there was maybe some jarring up the leg
Based on reports, he wasn't not moving freely at the captain's run last Sunday and then during Mondays fitness test he was ok with straight line running but then struggled with change of direction stuff
Unlike Stewart against Brisbane where he was always going to be pushing to play, with Mullin I think they were genuinely hopeful of him playing and maybe in a final he does, but not worth the risk at this stage of the season
One thing about Duncan is you get a reliable contributor off the interchange. You couldn't say that about the interchange chosen for tomorrow's game. OHenry and Clark? A slowing down Duncan is way in front of them.
Probably would have gotten in on need if Wiltshire hadn't pressed so hard for his spot. Considering we need to cover the hole Bruhn is leaving, I don't mind the experiment. Clark makes a good sub. and gets more exposure.
Approx 40sec mark for Scotty & Geelong news
Second half of the year we will need to manage some players to be fresh for finals (hopefully) as well. Duncan will provide value there. It's a long and tough season.Scott clearly won't risk it now when we have a very tough month coming up. But later in the year when the draw is easier and we have rich twice and North etc that's when I'd expect it. He will probably play 4 games as sub to carry him to 300 (like hawthorn did with breust). But he's clearly a backup player and really been kept on the list to be a senior head for the vfl team. I don't think Guthrie body will ever get back but I wouldn't pick him either.
This is what I'm thinking alsoI decided to go with the GA option, and try to get to the ground sometime around 2ish to not be too far back in the Ponsford
Same thoughts , massive game - get the W and circle the wagons for a huge test next weekWe have a chance to move into the top 4 tomorrow, with GWS getting belted tonight.
Huge, huge game - because Collingwood a week later we'll be underdogs.
5-2 would be a dream start from a tough opening set of fixtures. Carlton are unlikely to be an easy kill.

Very surprised in a tough game Clohesy being omitted
The boy has grunt
Good luck young Wiltshire

Harsh. Have a closer lookGrunt but little else in his game.
We're already in the top 4 now. A 1 point win would keep us there. We have a chance to move into the top 4 tomorrow, with GWS getting belted tonight.
