Got down to watch the Wallan VS Riddells Creek game on Saturday. Its the first RDFL game ive watched in over 10 years and the standard surprised me, the talent running around at both clubs is great and from what I'm told a majority are home grown kids. Great to see all the juniors at Wallan running out with the seniors. Family atmosphere!!
Been a keen observer of WRFL (Deer Park)and NFNL (Mernda/Bundoora) but will keep a close eye on Wallan and the league from now on. Great day of footy.

Watched a bit on the replay. So much better to watch with one club wearing an alternative guernsey.
Every club should have an alternative strip. It just makes the viewing of the matches so much easier.
