Sando has said that they are going to opt for a recently retired player. I can't really think of any that would be really good as a tactician.

Can any of you guys suggest what recently replaced player you would like to see in the coaching box in 2015.

Means he wouldn't be sinking it up on the field.

Also, as forward coach not sando's mentor.

Where did Sando say that he wants a recent player as his match day guru? Sounds ludicrous

Wasn't the point of Bailey's role to put an experienced coaching head next to Sando? Has Sando really proved he doesn't need that ?

Strategy and innovation was Deans role wasnt it ?? If so it makes sense for them to look for a recently retired player. If he needs a mentor just wait until Bomber gets dumped for the Golden Knobend at years end and grab him.

Spend some cash and be ballsy

Let's read something in the Advertiser and immediately heap shit on it! C'mon everyone, it's fun!

Bailey was there because he was a very respected tactician. Not to hold Sanderson's hand while he ate his playlunch.

A recent player from a successful program providing tactical assistance would be excellent.

He said it was a maybe, you can't blame the advertiser for that.

Can't see it happening, makes no sense.

I put it down to what's becoming known as Sandofootinmouthitis.

I think he actually said, it MAY even be a recently retired player. They haven't decided who. It could be a previous senior coach, an experienced assistant coach or a recently retired player. It's still open.

Can they hire someone this year or do they have to wait? While they are at it maybe they need to look at a new fitness person?
