It looks like no 300+ scores were kicked during 2020.

Reportedly, Oak Park's score would have been much higher but apparently the siren for quarter time was blown right on 20 minutes.

Not a high score but what a turnaround this is.

Last season, Ararat Eagles lost by 509 points to Great Western.
In the opening round this season, Ararat Eagles convincingly defeated last season's 2nd-placed Lismore-Derrinallum by seven goals.

A few lopsided results starting to emerge from Tasmania once again.
Forth 57.25 (367) d Rosebery-Toorak 0.1 (1) in yesterday's Round 3 match at Rosebery Park in the North West Football Association.
Rosebery-Toorak were beaten by 271 points the previous week away to West Ulverstone, 42.25 (277) to 1.0 (6).
In the Old Scholars Football Association in Hobart, Richmond have suffered two very heavy defeats in the first two rounds.
Last week they were annihilated by St Virgils to the tune of 290 points, 42.39 (291) to 0.1 (1) at New Town Oval.
Yesterday, they suffered a 240 point defeat to OHA (Old Hobartians Association) 40.14 (254) to 2.2 (14) at Richmond.
Richmond's reserves matches have seen even bigger defeats, they conceded 56.21 (357) in a 351 point defeat to OHA yesterday.
Meanwhile in the Southern Football League, Claremont have had a troubled start to the year after losing more than forty players from a side that went winless in 2020.
On the opening day they were smashed by New Norfolk 39.27 (261) to 0.1 (1) at Boyer Oval, the lowest score ever kicked in the 25 year history of the SFL.
In subsequent weeks the Magpies have suffered 171 and 184 point defeats to Hobart and Sorell respectively, 29.24 (198) to 4.3 (27) and 28.24 (192) to 1.2 (8).

Sheffield's score might be part of the top twenty-five highest senior scores in history now.

Sheffield's score might be part of the top twenty-five highest senior scores in history now.
Was thinking that'd be up there. I do know it's the fourth highest ever recorded in Tasmanian history and the highest registered by a northern or coastal club.
Woodsdale (491 and 447) were located in the midlands, Dodges Ferry (449) is from the south-east, Old Launcestonians (437) are from Launceston while Swansea (433 and 402) were from the east coast.

Another Tasmanian blowout result yesterday.
Southern Football League club, Cygnet, booted a club record 52.17 (329) in defeating Claremont 0.0 (0) at Claremont's Abbotsfield Park.
Claremont's failure to score was the all-time lowest score posted in the SFL competition since it began on 29th March 1996.
Cygnet 329 was the third highest total ever posted, behind Huonville Lions' 57.20 (362) to 0.4 (4) thumping of Triabunna at Huonville in 2010 and the all-time record 60.36 (396) by the now-defunct Channel Saints over the also now-defunct Lachlan 1.0 (6) at Snug Park in 1996.

In the North of the state, in the NTFA Division One competition, University of Tasmania (formerly Uni-Mowbray) failed to score in either grade against Old Scotch Collegians in what is likely to be a first for that competition, going down by 218 points in the Seniors and 177 points in the Reserves.

Thanks for posting the extra details, but as far as I recall the lists from years ago as originally set up, reserves (and junior/schools) were noted as existing, but not added as only "senior" matches were meant to be shown.

I have written a book about football in WA between 1885 and 1945, covering every senior competition in the state during that time, which is currently in the editing process and will be released later this year.

I can assure you that most of the records currently available for WA football, such as highest scores, lowest scores, etc. only cover post-WWII and do not include the scores above. You will notice that any current list available does not go back before 1945, apart from any WAFL/WANFL records.

The Services comp was a senior competition played during WWII as a recreation outlet for enlisted personnel and included a number of WANFL players from the 1930s. They and the WANFL (which was capped at U/19 during the early-1940s) were the only active competitions at one stage in the 1940s in Perth.

The WAFA and Westralian FA were open-age senior competitions based in the Perth suburbs.

The WANFA, as mentioned previously, is now the WAFL reserves.

If you took out the WANFA score, all the other scores are by First XVIII clubs from open-age competitions and should be included in the records.

There are also 96 instances of clubs being kept scoreless since behinds were added to scores up until 1945, but I won't add them here.

There's been some confliction over Gol Gol's score last weekend. Depending on the source, it's either 59.28.382 or 58.28.376.
I've come to the conclusion that it's 59.28.382 and adding it to my list of 300+ scores.
