Surely WA declare soon, unless they think they can get the Redbacks out quickly.

They need to give SA a reasonable target to chase.

WA cruised to 2/185 even after an early wicket. They'll probably feel that the pitch is pretty flat.

I think they'll bat on for around 7 overs, try to set us 340. With 7 overs + 2 overs for the changeover taken away

From an opposition's point of view, you'd rather JFM didn't play. He'll come off once per season and you just hope it isn't against you.

From our point of view, I think you can afford to play him if you've got a reliable top order around him. A Joker in the deck. We don't though.

Nice to see Sangha get a chance. Hasn't produced at 1st class level yet but I think he has the ability. He strained a bicep running into bowl (!) in a one dayer a few weeks ago.

Very pace-heavy attack so I guess we're expecting a typical Hobart greentop

He hasn't scored any runs but I don't mind JFM getting a go.

I keep saying it but I'm dissapointed Pope isn't playing. He needs a good run of games. We back in guys like McInerney who can't score a run and probably not going to improve.
