And both sides have struggled - which means there are gremlins in the pitch which is exaggerated by the batting - but both sides?

From what I’ve watched the batting’s been abhorrent, Hunt & McSweeney missed straight balls that did nothing off the pitch, Lehmann gave slip catching practice with an open blade like you see in practice & Nielsen left a straight ball angled in from around the wicket on middle which had nothing to do with the pitch.

Same with this Tassie innings there was some swing as you expect with this new Kookaburra but the shots of Weatherald, Ward and Doran were shithouse and had nothing to do with the pitch either.
