Two more weeks to make a decision but with the clean out coming I would say there is a good chance he will be given another chance.
It's the only reason he's being played. Give him 4 weeks to justify a new contract or he's gone. Everyone else who's head in on the block has been played for a few and generally failed. Drum may be an exception to that.

Has good clean skills an fairly good decision making but i think some people are forgetting where he played.
He played in defense his main job is to defend an stop his opponent getting the ball and make spoils etc.
Didnt do that part very well.

Yeah, I don't know! I think he could make it, while I think he was beaten today, I thought he showed a bit, some good spoils, took them on on occasions, kicks sideways a bit rather then direct but...... There has to be an in house issue or something going on here, has he asked to be traded? Whenever he did anything good today (even when we were competitive) no one went to him to tap him on the bum or support him. If there is some issue with him (I hope I am seeing things that are not there) then he has to be moved on, but if he wants to stay, and the other players will accept him, I think he is still of value.

I actually thought he was one of our better defenders overall - especially when the game was something vaguely resembling a contest, he did a better job than the rest back there - exception of Broughton maybe. Anyway, technical stuff aside (though important) he looked more switched on than most I'll tell you that much. Not sure if anybody at the ground can comment as I'm only going off TV.
Still a couple of weeks to go, but he's still got at least a few fingers still gripped around his purple guernsey for now.

I didn't think he was our worst today as he did do some good team things. I wouldn't be unhappy if we re-signed him.

Grover lacks a yard of pace but makes up for it in tenacity and hard work.
Dodd's foot speed is okay it's between the ears where he's a bit slow.
Drum would barely beat Hase over 40 metres IMO.

Drum will ask for a trade, hopefully in these last few weeks he can get more than one club interested in him. Otherwise, he will be walking for nothing...
Didn't get to watch the 2nd half (in hindsight turned out a good decision). Did he play CHB or on the flanks? 2 yr deal I recon.
The issue may be does he want to stay?
Get him over his injury issues and we have a half decent backman or fwd?.
