Was a slow day at work. Here's my thoughts on players moving forward. Our games are almost unwatchable I struggled going Sunday and with a pathetic 30,000 at the G on an OK day to farewell Dimma looks like I'm not alone. Our forward line is slow and stagnant. Banks, Biggie, Bauer, Dow and Bradtke must get games ASAP. McQualter needs to drop underperforming and rest injured veterans.

Play him 60-70% gametime with a rest every 3-4 weeks or when sore and interstate. Needs a rest NOW! If people are being honest he’s getting monstered by no- namers and making dud defenders look Rance-esque. |

Averaging 6 disposals (3 effective) and 39% kicking efficiency. He’s kicked 2 goals in 5 games (1 was a Joe the goose). If he had any other surname people would be wanting him sacked. Hope he can adjust and improve. Will never be a midfielder. |

So timid to take the game on he hasn’t had a single bounce all season after 10 last year. |

Will take pick 30ish for him now as he’s a list clogger and seriously over-rated by many on this board. We’ve basically been sh!t this year, many games struggle to come up with 5 or so who played well and for a well paid bloke in his prime has done SFA. He’s on $600k+ which is WAY over. Especially considering Taranto on $715k. Add his salary to a war chest. |

If any club was offered to turn pick 67 into a reliable 3 time premiership hero who plays over 100 games (F/S) that gains second round FA compensation (pick 22-25 ish) they’d be foolish to pass up. Reality is he’s 31 prior to 2024 season and we won’t be challenging before he retires but that kid will be and the $500k+ goes into the warchest. Broad and Baker are our only true great chances at getting well over-compensated. |

Leave Cumbo unattended he’ll kick a goal. |
