Paper is saying they can’t try her again for murder, so prosecution is considering changing the charge to manslaughter.I've followed this one with interest. I wonder if it was more a case of "not proven" rather than "not guilty". The evidence presented was otherwise quite compelling and not good for the D-I-L.
Would have liked to be a fly on the wall in that deliberation room . Wonder what the final tally was (ie jurors who thought she was guilty v non guilty)
