you applied for the head role then yeah assuming it’s easy?

Let’s reassess in 2 years.

If we are still playing like this in 2 years I’ll be right there with you holding red flags.

But that’s not where the conversation is at for the now with what we have currently.
The gameplan fixes seem pretty simple though. Multiple times each quarter the corridor was completely undefended. Forward having leading patterns isn't mega complicated.
Taking the first option before the opposition get back to defend isn't complicated.

Those 3 things would help us immensely.

definitely all fixable. I'll be wanting at least 2 of those to be looking a lot more refined next season thats for sure.

I'm just doing some video analysis on our forward 50 entries and a lot of it is decision making by the ball carrier too which I'll highlight.

plenty of small tweaks to make will make us operate better.

i handed my cv in at the roar store, gave the cashier a wink and walked out. never heard back. apparently 20 years experience in the footy forum industry counts for nothing to these clowns.

Unlikely to make the 8
If they do they'll just scrape in. They can't beat the sides near the top and because of that will never make top 4.

When I watched it it seemed like he could have easily just tackled Martin stopping the handball. At that point they both would have beed over the line. Instead, he went for an aggressive tackle-bump. As I said the injury was a completely unforeseen result.
Yeah ****ing hate it when our guys play hard, physical footy. Much rather have 23 Sonsies out there....

What do you think Jacob Townsend would've done in 2017? A gentle bear hug over the boundary?

Spot on. Absolutely nothing wrong with Mansell's bump. It was just unlucky that the Essendon chap did his knee. Nothing more, nothing less.

I wish a few of Mansell's teammates were as physical.

Coaches had all different votes apart from Taranto.

How the **** didn’t the coach’s give Miller and Young votes?

They've gotten sucked in to media shit

I think the last time we won a game with 6.10.46 was 2020 Prelim v Power. One eerie similarity was Hopper's last qtr checkside goal from deliberate out v Lambert's around the corner q4 goal from a deliberate out.

The 1% are really magnified in those tight arm wrestles. Always great to win them from a character building perspective.

Going off the coaches votes I expect to see Young straight back out of the side this week..

Young robbed
too many on here getting carried away with youngs game... bloody good thats for sure, but the sympathy and encouragement factor massive, considering first game back from a bad acl just goes to show most supporters wear their heart on their sleeve where coaches are more practical. ;)

It was a great sight to see Young play, certainly exceeded my expectations.
