Yep just review every goal behind the scenes, if it can be DEFINITIVELY agreed that a call is wrong before the ball is bounced, bring it back but otherwise play on.
No stopping the play and going to a review.
Otherwise give each team 1 incorrect challenge a half or something
Problem is when the goal umpire calls it a point and is wrong. If you don’t stop for a review the ball is kicked out and gone.
At least with a goal you get time before the bounce to fix an error.
