Should Richmond select Joel Perry in the rookie draft? And who should we select in the PSD?

i think you will find we are commited to kingsley in PSD
if still there we will take Perry in rookie
and midfielder running back flanker as other rookie
we have angus as a ruck option
Whats the facination with perry anyway? There was a reason he was delisted, just becasue we need a key defender doesn't mean we take one just for the sake of it
Wallace is using PODS as a key-defender in training. He can also go forward, is younger than Kingsley and has proven himself at VFL level. Joel Perry is to much like Andrew Kellaway (can't kick, one position). PODS is a much better choice.

Got mail you guys will be taking Jak Kennedy-Hunt with your pick in the Rookie, he is staying with Greg Miller at his home until the rookie draft on saturday.
Isn't the rookie draft on the 16th December?

if that is the case it is strange that he is training with them.
Quite a few names the might be looked at come Dec 12.
Would be over the moon with Perry. Kingsley would be a solid get - worst case he kicks bags for the Burgers (hello finals footy) and makes Hughes/Reiwoldt have to earnt their spot in the seniors.
- Joel Perry
- Hayden Skipworth
- Kent Kingsley
- Anthony CORRIE
- Dean KELLY
- Nathan BATSANIS
- Leigh ADAMS
- Robert EDDY
- Zac HIER
- Tom HURLEY
Not so sure about Skipworth or Corrie - would prefer to stear away from both.
I thought both Batsanis & Kelly looked outstanding during the TAC GF. Would be pleased to see either down Punt Road via the rookie draft. Ditto Craig Bird, Leigh Adams & Tom Hurley.
yeah fair enough, just think its a little strange if they offered him a 1 year deal and he walked that he is still training there. if we were interested surely he would be training with us.
