I can’t say I saw it coming, but once it was announced there were going to be two debutants Parker made the most sense. He had the best run of form then any of the other potential debutants.

While it’s a slight disadvantage not having some of our best out there, it’s an advantage for the future as we’re putting a heap of senior games and development into our young guns which helps in the future, and when we are full strength again.
