im going to use 2 trades leaving me with 5 left. i can upgrade either myers to purgoyne. rioli to a gun or palmer to swan.

im leaning towards palmer to swan, which would leave me with corey swan bartel kornes cross and stevens. or should i go stevens to swan/thompson instead and keep palmer ?

I'd upgrade Rioli and Myers before Palmer

Secondly i'd get a real second ruckman, trade Rioli, Armfield to premiums. And then i'd consider getting rid of Fev in 3 weeks time to a real DT gun and then Kennely to some one more consistent. Finally if I could be bothered i'd trade Ibbo, but he's pretty handy so you can forget that. Pity you only have 4 trades left.

See the way i figure it, between Kruez and Gardiner I'm always going to have a ruckman capable of 45+. The other ruckman are that ____en fickle I'm not guaranteed a decent score anyway.

I figured upgrading Rioli to Buddy increased my score per week by 40+. Leaving a complete team that scores (and has scored 2k+ (including 2131 this week) for three consecutive weeks). Backmen are fickle but I have 2 playing rookies to cover any possibility of injuries/form drops etc.

Dont trade Rioli..you have bigger problems.
Dont trade Ibbo.. you have bigger problems and he looks like a premium.
Dont trade Fev.. he is a big problem but with 4 trades.. forget it.

Now your biggest problems are starting Armfield and Kreuzer.
Ill be back in a sec with some facts.

EDIT: Some facts;
Gardiner price is 214,000
An upgrade could be Brad Ottens at 323,000.. or Aaron Sandilands at 362,100..
That would be a $148,100 upgrade (to Sandilads who I rate higher.) Or even Jeff White at 375,800 could be an idea with only paying 13,700 more.. oops sorry you cant afford that

Um.. seriously is a hrad choice but maybe get ottens and then upgrade Armfield to Birchal soon.

1.The chad might be sent to the surgeons if port are out of the finals race
2. He might not be 100 percent yet with his numerous injuries

i was looking at trying to do straight swap for gram to mcphee/gilbee to get an extra 8grand and then straight swap palmer to gun

but not sure what to do now with mayb a downgrade of pfiffer?

I think Butler is a great addition - but not sure i'd start him - would be great as a 7th mid if you can afford him

I am liking the Butler trade, but I haven't got much info about it to be honest. Does look a good option, but as I said, I'm not informed as to whether he'll:
- play all year,
- rack up points
