Really tough one, so many players deserve votes.

5- Hooker (best on ground by a mile)
4- Goddard
3- Hibberd (drive from half back)
2- Kommer (just loved his attack all game)
1- Bellchambers (5 goals, but needs to do it for 4 quarters and not just 2)

Loved to give Stanton some votes, but couldn't on performance. Enormous heart shown though!

5. B Stanton - We needed a leader when Jobe went down. Stants was that man - massive heart!
4. C Hooker - Best game I've seen him play in quite a while, and he's been super impressive this year
3. D Zaharakis - Stepping it up every week, consistency is the key with Zaka
2. T Bellchambers - A few brain fades however was enormous up forward set us up the in the 1st qtr
1. B Goddard - Class

HM: D Heppell, C Dempsey

5. Hooker
4. Stanton
3. Bellchambers
2. Zaka
1. Winderlich

HM: Monfries (miss ya buddy, hope the thing about the birthmark is bs though), Pears, Hibberd, Hurley, Goddard.

5 - Pears. Cannot recall a single thing Schulz did on him all night.
4 - Hooker. Westhoff was nullified by him.
3 - Bellchambers. Where in the living hell did a 5 goal performance come from?
2 - Zaharakis. Best of our midfielders all night.
1 - Stanton. Our new superhero. Pure guts.

Not surprised to some people voting for Zaha, but he had a shit game. He is back to his outside kick chasing ways. Doesn't run hard in both directions, doesn't block for his teammates anywhere near enough, calls for it in bad positions. I'd have Heppell, Melksham, Goddard, Howlett, etc ahead in the midfield, and a few more ahead around the ground (Ryder, Hurley).

Coaches Votes

Coaches fairly much split the votes, although Zaharakis popped up with one four voter.

I'd guess:

Hird: Hooker, Zaka, Bellchambers, Ebert, Melksham
Hinkley: Hooker, Bellchambers, Ebert, Heppell, Melksham

5. Hooker
4. Zaharakis
3. Bellchambers
2. Stanton (the number of gigantic balls he has to put in a performance like that)
1. Goddard

Heppell stiff. Melksham has had a quietly impressive past month as well.

I like to think Hird isn't an idiot, so I'll go with coaches votes guesses like so:

5. Hooker
4. Bellchambers
3. Ebert
2. Melksham
1. Heppell

IMO Melksham is more likely to get the two, as he played a 'role'. Heppell's game was much more obvious.
