May actually downgrade Ebert as well as he's facing another hefty B/E and I don't want to lose any more money on him.

That'll only happen if McNamara or Smith (Syd) get a game.

One from left field. What about Kane Johnson. Averaging 99 and will be approx 386k next round.

Had a master plan of trading Lloyd to Franklin and Myers to Johnson for a backup mid, but Porpy had to go and ruin that. Oh well. Back to the drawing board.

On second thoughts I could still do that. Lloyd to Franklin and Myers to K. Johnson to cover for Ablett this week, and then Porpy to O'Keefe next week. Hopefully Morton or Gamble play, or else I'll have to play 1 down if I go this way. Thoughts anyone?

Im thinking of commiting a bit of a Supercoach Sin ...

Traded out Bradshaw for McLeod a couple of weeks ago (waste of a trade considering McLeod only played 1 game since and looks set to miss again)

Now I have Burton down, the forward line replacements are fairly limited quality wise in that price range.

I am considering trading Bradshaw back in I know some will say good way to waste 2 trades, but it is what I thought suited my team best league wise at the time.

Only other options for Burton in the price range are Lucas & Kosi, however Bradshaw seem to be the more consistant option (apart from being up against Swans Rd 22).

Thoughts?

Personally I'd go Lucas, but as far as your SC sin question goes I reckon who cares. IMO you trade for the best player available at the time, regardless of whether you've already had him.

Im thinking of trading palmer/wellingham to eddy or kennelly to john anthony and use the dough to either upgrade ling to a gun and playing cotchin as my 6th mid or upgrade burton to riewoldt and playing rioli as my 7th forward

To start going to cash in Myers + cash in bank = $209,500 then trade Porps. = $654,700 for this weeks upgrade.

Now if I go N.Riewoldt that would only leave me with $463,700 (with burtons price)for next week.(Not sure who would be the best option for that price)

Or another option would be to get 2 of approx. 500k. Eg. Aka/N.G.Brown/Delido/Chapman(or is there anyone I have missed)

What are my best options

I'd probably grab Riewoldt this week, then maybe Rob Murphy the week after.

2x any of those $500k players will probably net you 100pts (per player) each week. Murphy will do the same, and you get Riewoldt who's been bringing home the big ones.

Already said this on the DT board...but I'd be very wary of Lucas.

Only had 11 possies this week...won't kick 5 goals every week...and certainly won't have 6 tackles!! (Av'd less than 1.5 pg last season and had 3 all up in 2008 before last week.)

Might av. 80 from here, if he's lucky...

Another option is: Drew Pertie! 2230 coaches...av'd over 98 in last 11 games!..with only 2< 82.

Option1 Trade Porps for Delidio and Keep M murphy in midfield (starting to become ordinary)
Option 2 Trade Porps for R Murphy and trade M Murphy for Bartel ( last chance I will get to afford him i think, but Geelong have 2 tough weeks.)

Have 5 trades left, if made 2 would only need rest for injury. Is that enough? currently have no other inj.

Eddy's looking good if he gets a game this week i cant see him getting dropped after that but we have Baker, X. Clarke and Schneider maybe coming back in this week so i would wait for the teams to be announced then make your choice

I dont have to trade Burton out this week as I should have cover from my bench.

However will need to trade him by finals time.

If I was to trade this week the only 2 options seem to be Lucas & Bradshaw in his price range.

Lucas has had one big game which have got a few excited (has been scoring hopeless apart from last week)

Bradshaw has scored well apart from 1 game he was injured (however he is a pure forward. Needs to kick a bag to score well, does not get points any other way)

Anyone getting Lucas or Bradshaw?

The only reason I might not look at Bradshaw is Brisbane's last four games. It goes like Hawks, Dogs, Blues and Swannies. Very tough last four games (or SC finals time)

I've got 6 trades left and only $19000 in the bank. My main worries/rookies who I'd consider moving on are:

Backs
Rutten, Bassett, H Taylor, Collingwoods N Brown, Urquhart

Mids,
Boak, Cotchin

Fwds
Rioli, mcPharlin, Tippet, Morton

What do people think about sideways swaps from say Rutten to Birchall or Kennelly (for an average gain of about 10 points) OR Mcpharlin to ????, VS burning two trades in both the forwardline line and defence e.g. Rutten and Brown to get Bock and money in bank, then McPharlin and Tippett to do a downgrade then upgrade in each position, leaving me with 2 trades for injuries - one which I'll most likely need for Cox??

Any North supporters out there, is SDT any chance of getting a game? I've got no backline cover, and whilst i was planning on downgrading Wellingham to fund a midfield upgrade, I'm now contemplating going SDT (if he doesn't get a game)>>S Selwood (if he does get a game).

Both SDT and Wellingham are priced almost identically, at least this way I may finally have some backline coverage.
