Im flirting with the idea of doing a Rioli->Lucas trade but I dont think one big score justifies it quite yet.

For those losing Burton, Lucas could be a decent, cheap option.

Burton to Riewalt probably and then play Porps on the bench with Valenti taking his spot and me having a shocker from here on in.

Took the chance and with only 1 trade then left will just let my team fight it out

From what I've heard Burton's done his ACL and will definitely be out for the rest of the season. I was going to trade him out for Franklin anyway so it's not too big a deal, should be a $50k difference between them. Also have Porpz but will hold onto him due to lack of trades and 2 playing forward emergencies.

who do i trade for ling, only 20,000 in the bank:thumbsd:

Ling will be worth $405k and with your $20k in the bank thats $425k so..You don't have much to pick from...

Dale Thomas = $371k Average about 80
Jed Adcock = $408k Average about 81

If you can...

Leigh Montangna = $437 Average about 93
Nathan Foley = $430k Average about 91

Other people might have a few better options.. but need to get a bit of sleep so can't research to much for you :o

Morton out, rookie in.

Porpz out, Okeefe in. I know he'll drop more, but can't be bothered waiting. Cash won't be an issue with my last upgrade (Houli to Ablett).

One from left field. What about Kane Johnson. Averaging 99 and will be approx 386k next round.

Had a master plan of trading Lloyd to Franklin and Myers to Johnson for a backup mid, but Porpy had to go and ruin that. Oh well. Back to the drawing board.

On second thoughts I could still do that. Lloyd to Franklin and Myers to K. Johnson to cover for Ablett this week, and then Porpy to O'Keefe next week. Hopefully Morton or Gamble play, or else I'll have to play 1 down if I go this way. Thoughts anyone?

No trades.

Porps on the bench unless he's out for the season. Have Rioli and Valenti to cover.

:thumbsu: Agree.

Or, wait a week for Marc Murphy...maybe even Sewell.

Don't you hate it when all the bargains are already in your team?! Burton out...I've got O'Keefe, Franklin and Bradshaw already.

What do you guys think? Porps to Lucas and then Jamie McNarmara (on the bench) to a midfielder worth around 450k (Lenny Hayes, Kane Cornes). The midfielder will fill in for Ablett and then takeover Cotchin as my 6th mid when Ablett is back. I have 6 trades left ATM.

Burton for buddy. Depending on how Porps goes, will do him - ROK next week.

Only one trade for finals then....thankfully Burgoyne and Salopek look like returning soon.

D.Myers to either S.Fisher or Milburn. Any opinions on which would be the better option or is it really flip a coin scenario? Both averaging 96. Although Milburn is 17k cheaper.

True, it's a toss up with Fisher having scored a grand total of 4 points more than Milburn this year.

Bias aside, I'd probably go with Milburn. He is a little down this year on his last few years, but he always does the hard things and is extremely dependable. He is a little cheaper as you say which is also a little bonus.

In keeping with the similarities, Fisher has 26.6k owners and Milburn 25.9k, so nothing between them there also.

You honestly can not go wrong either way though.

Dasher is starting to turn it on with 2 very good weeks in a row. With the dogs and hawks coming up you would expect he'll get plenty of inside 50's to repell.

that's probably just my geelong bias though ;)

I have both :thumbsu:

Same - they were 2 of the first picked in my team this year for stability reasons. With the backs as they are this year, finding players who can consistently score over 90 has been extremely difficult so having these 2 has been a bonus.
