Making unforced changes would seem weird, unless they want to change the sub and give Hunt a full game to earn his spot back.

Happy to see a debutant, though. Even as sub, because with a Friday game there’s always an ability to play WAFL if needed.

GWS at 9th, in recent weeks beat the Lions (!) and teams below them on the ladder, lost to Port beneath them. Given Eagles improvement, anything like a repeat 80 point loss seems very unlikely.

Stoked to see this. Its so hard to make a impact in our WAFL team especially up forward so his stats just do not do his form justice at all

Im very confident he comes in as our best defensive pressure forward. His strength in my eyes is his 0-20m speed which just lets him put that defensive pressure on. His kicking is also top notch. He is not the guy whose going to take a overhead mark... but then I dont think this is our need or want here. With both B and J.Williams we cant really carry another forward who wants to lead and take a grab. Someone who can 100% stay down and either read the ball or tackle the opposition who gets it is what we are crying out for.

I pray he isnt the sub. Its too hard for a small forward to impact as a sub I feel
