And bring in RoK.

Will keep Chappy for finals.

When I turn an injured Brent Reilly into Bradd Dalziell, I'm gonna have ~$330k for an upgrade trade.

Now where to look? Every one of my midfield of Judd, Stevens, Gibbs, Bartel, Hayes cracked 100. Only Cotchin missed out, but he's on the up and up.

My defence is crappy though, with Johncock out and Heath Shaw both sucking AND blowing every week.

My forward line would be better if *&^)*&# Captain Pav played! Is Aker done being good this year, or will he fire back up?

Any golden opportunities this week? Happy to blow one trade, $575k for Jake King in the mids or $440-470k for Rioli or Gamble up forward. At the same time though, easy game this week so no need to trade if there isn't anyone who has to be jumped upon. Vague plan was Murphy for Cyril but that can wait another week and save me some money.

Palmer for Deledio or Rioli for Bok/Hall were possibities, both practically sideways though.

Why oh why didn't i go glory and go Palmer for Bartel when i could have.
Rioli for Hall is a risk but could be very worthwhile I think.

McDonald hasn't had a great SC year, but with McLean and Moloney both out for the season, Whelan staying fit and the emergence of Chris Johnson he'll return to the midfield rather than playing in the back pocket...

This week il be trading out either Josh Kennedy or Tippett and upgrading to probably robert murphy or maybe even Aker. Il wait to the teams are out, but what do people think murphy or aker and who might be better keeping as a bench player Kennedy or Tippet?

Murphy has struggled the last few weeks, hopefully due to get a kick come finals time. I've got 6 trades left with $220k in bank, was going to upgrade Tippet to ROK last week but got scared as already had Gazza, Stiffy, Kozi, then Milburn and Pav out. Have now missed the boat with him. Looking at trading Tippet to Buddy this week.

Figured I may as well go for gold so this week am planning to do some big trades, would you do:

Pavlich and Cooney (for Tredrea and Kerr)

option b)

Rob Murphy and Ablett (for Tredrea and Kerr)

Will probably trade Salopek out - was thinking of going for a difference-maker like Kane Johnson or Cassisi. Or could wait a week and go for Cooney or Hodge.

Then will only have 1 trade left and still haven't traded Chad out. I will wait to see if Goodes plays finals - if he's out, I think I'll bring in another gun midfielder - more potential for points than whoever I could bring in for Chad.

If Cox wraps it up early, cest la vie.

Prob the most stupid idea I've had this season, but what about trading Ablett? Is he gonna come back and rip it up or is he gonna come back to the pack and average 100 odd and be under injury cloud.

Thinking in my case maybe Ablett > Bartel/Harvey which gains me 180k, this would allow me to upgrade Cornes to anyone?

Is this worth a thought or just plain stupid (Am thinking the latter lol )

It's a 5/10 idea, if you'd done it 2 weeks ago it would be a 8.5/10 idea. 5/10 means the decision could go either way in my opinion.

bomber was quoted as saying he was almost risked during the last quarter on friday. I reckon he should be right to go by round 20 at the latest.

Ablett will be back so why not go this week Cotchin to Dalziell, then Buckley to Bartel.

Your midfield would then be Ablett, Harvey, Bartel, Black, Hodge and Griffin, with Dalziell and Armitage on the bench. Pretty good IMO.

Just noticed - you have EXACTLY the same amount of trades and cash as me left. How freaky. Although my midfield is a bit different than that.

I can either hold on to him and pray that it's only about a 2 week injury (before Bartel sky-rockets), or trade him for Jimmy now, which will mean I can't get Ablett for Houli (due to lack of cash), and will have to settle for a Hodge or Kirk.

So it's Goodes + Ablett, or Hodge + Bartel. The former obviously with a massive injury concern.

I have one trade left so looks like I will be forced to keep Chappy on the bench, play Valenti and pray to the supercoach gods that Chappy comes back in 1-2 weeks instead of 3-4.
