I know I shouldn't trade him... but was anyone else concerned about Stanton the other night? Certainly seemed to be spending a lot less time in the middle and a lot more across Half-Forward. Just worry that Bomber Thompson will rotate him through the mids which will effect his scoring, it was the perfect kind of game for him too.

The only premium to really cause me any headache (apart from Dangerfield, who everyone has) was Ryder, but I don't think I can/should do anything about him right now.
My trades (if any) will depend on which rookies do/do not get named. I think McDonough/Georgiou/Kennedy-Harris may struggle given their teams lost.

This isn't simply because Rocky's suspended for a week, but driven by concerns that Leppa is doubling down on Voss' positional mismanagement of their team's best ball winner. Plus I really need to strengthen my backline and even up against Freo this week I like Swallow (should've backed myself in there earlier). Plus both will go up in value, assuming anything like current form is maintained.

I would wait until next week, then you will be justified if they fail you again. Since prices wont change until 3rd round, I assume this is for RDT.
Had the same issue when I was swapping the team around, said I had an extra 450K to trade yet when I went to trade for an upgrade, it kept saying you do not have enough money.
Gonna be a lot of AFL Fantasy teams full of round 1 performers.
LeCras has games against the Demons and the Saints coming up and is playing a role that is VERY Dream Team friendly at the moment. I can't see him getting a better side by taking LeCras out of it.Shaw > Griffiths, LeCras > Roo =

I have this concern with Rocky as well. BUT, it does make sense with Staker a very key cog in our 22. Staker is about 2-3 wks if I remember. But even without him, we have McGuane, Lisle, Bewick, McGrath.
I am pretty confident that Rockliff won't (shouldn't?) be doing this every week. Leppa's already had the sense to free up Zorko to get contested ball
Maybe it was a trial to see if Rockliff can do a Scooter/Cornes, be defensive at times, but then still bust out when the team needs it.. which as I type makes a lot of bloody sense!!If at all possible, I reckon bench Rocky this week. I think the solution is instead of hitting the T for trade button, just hit the bin button (bottom right corner of player box), then just hit the + sign and add that way.

Good points, lots to think about. I'm probably cooling on the trade, to be honest. It's only a week and it does seem very reactive. Thanks for the response.
One other small question to a Brisbane fan - do you rate Lewis Taylor, or is he perpetual sub material? He's my M10 (misjudged rookies due to split round, but Brisbane fans talked him up a little) and I might have to reconsider if he's dropped this week. Though I know some are bullish on him, and once he's got some match fitness think he'll come into the team for real.

Taylor is a great player in the making, but he is not best 22 by a long shot. I'd say most likely he makes a good downgrade target later. He wouldn't be the worst F8 I suppose..defo not M10, way better mid rooks out there. Can't be good that he's missed the majority of his first AFL pre-season. It'll take him at least a month if not longer to get up to speed, and that's presuming he's playing every week. Players like Paparone are for sure gonna get first crack.

Decided to trade out Laidley instead and give McDonald another chance as Norf play the doggies. Don't think Langdon is going to fare two weeks in a row, especially against Sydney.
