Who could have predicted, when we had the season shutdown for 10 weeks, that on resumption we could have postponed games and games played closer together or potentially every night?

Fair dinkum. This stuff should have been worked out, planned for, and announced before Round 2 started so we could plan accordingly. Flying from the seat of your pants halfway through a round, or even halfway through a season isn't all that flash.

Fundamentally the biggest problem he and Al etc. have is that they didn't sit down and work out what they'd do if certain things happened.

This was all very very foreseeable. Changing the game as you go along is amateurish at best.

Yeah but this year with 5 day breaks etc. players will be rested and need to be traded as a result. In previous years they wouldn't.
