I think we're doing it wrong by blaming ourselves. Isn't the midfield supposed to blame the forwards, the forwards have to blame the midfield and the backs are supposed to be suspiciously silent because they know they're the ones actually to blame?

To be really honest I blame the simmers but I don't want anybody developing spite.

At least the recovery session and team meeting will be very well attended as we have a guest speaker who is not only going to be motivational and hold the attention of the entire table, she'll dance on it as well
