What more can you say about this kid? I thought he was cooked halfway through the 2nd quarter, stuck on 4 disposals, but no, he found a way to get into the game & finished with 24 disposals & a nice goal. I have a feeling that by the end of his career he will be spoken about in the same breath as some of the all time greats. Vanilla? I don't think so.

AFL website's Rising Star predictions - 12 from 12 have Walsh at the top, 60 votes from 60. Bloody hell he was impressive for a first year player.

Should be fascinating to hear how KB or some other nimrod justifies not going for Walsh in the real event.
