Looked like he "fitted" in the team, ran straight at the ball/contest, etc etc.

Not spectacular stats but definitely a solid game (esp. when in the ruck)

A little bit of agression in his game will go a long way. Once he realises he's 6'5 and 100 kilos he'll do some damage!

We've been saying it for a while, one game he will run through some poor young Rover and put him in the carpark.


Then he will keep running, realise that nothing hurts, and the penny will drop

Sellar's postion is ruck,pure and simple. He has all the attributes to be a mobile ruckman who can have the freedom to play all over the ground. He is quick and can take a grab. Really like to see him concentrate on this postion unfortunately it's not his call. Hopefully Glenelg will take the punt and allow him to finally show what his got one way or the other.

I wonder if Schmidt is just one of those people who appears underwhelming despite doing well because seriously, how are the Crows not already talking him up after not setting a foot wrong all summer and then coming in and doing brilliantly in the first two weeks?


Interesting to see Kite with three scoring shots up forward too, did he play forward at all last year?
